The Youth Break the Boundaries Foundation (YBB) officially opens registration for the highly anticipated World Youth Festival 2025. This international event will take place in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, from October 6 to 9, 2025. It aims to empower youth across the globe to become leaders, innovators, and agents of positive change.

As a non-profit organization, YBB has consistently focused on providing opportunities for young people to grow. The foundation supports their journey in overcoming societal limitations through education, leadership, and global exposure. Through this festival, YBB offers a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity for young people to develop their potential while engaging with international peers.

What is the World Youth Festival?

The World Youth Festival is more than just a summit. It is a dynamic global platform that fosters leadership, entrepreneurship, and cultural understanding. The event will highlight the theme “Cultivating Youth Creativity in Entrepreneurship,” encouraging participants to develop innovative business ideas and cultural collaboration.

The festival will host delegates from different countries who are eager to learn, lead, and connect. In doing so, the program promotes a spirit of global unity and impactful action.

Event Schedule (October 6–9, 2025)

The four-day event promises a full itinerary:

• October 6: Arrival assistance at Kuala Lumpur International Airport, hotel registration, opening ceremony, and gala dinner.
• October 7: Business Idea Competition.
• October 8: International Summit, panel discussions, final round of competition, awarding, and cultural night.
• October 9: Certificate collection, hotel check-out, and airport assistance.

YBB will provide airport assistance at Kuala Lumpur International Airport on arrival and departure days. Pick-up services will be available at 12:00 PM and 3:00 PM on October 6, and drop-off services on October 9 will be available at 12:00 PM. Participants are advised to check out by 10:00 AM to avoid late charges.

Registration Details and Timeline

Interested participants must complete the registration process as outlined below:

• Registration Period: April 15 – June 15, 2025
• Letter of Acceptance (LOA) Announcement: June 20 – 30, 2025
• First Installment Deadline: July 31, 2025
• Interview Period for Fully Funded Candidates: August 1 – 20, 2025
• Second Installment Deadline: August 31, 2025
• Fully Funded Announcement: September 1 – 10, 2025

To register, candidates must complete several steps:

1. Follow @youthbreaktheboundaries and @worldyouthfestival on Instagram.
2. Upload a twibbon related to the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). Tag 5 friends and share the link in the registration form.
3. Follow the festival on TikTok and YouTube (YBB Foundation). Provide screenshot proof via Google Drive.
4. Join the official Telegram group and share the festival poster in at least 3 social media groups.
5. Fill in the registration form at worldyouthfest.com.

Who Can Apply?

The program is open to:

• Individuals aged 15–40 years old
• Applicants of all nationalities and educational backgrounds
• Youth with no criminal record
• Candidates who are not affiliated with extremist organizations

Importantly, the festival does not require IELTS or TOEFL scores, making it accessible for many aspiring young changemakers.

Fully Funded Opportunity Available

For those looking for financial assistance, fully funded slots are available. Selected candidates will receive full support to attend the event, including accommodation and participation costs. This opportunity allows passionate youth to join the global conversation regardless of financial limitations.
